The office of National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (Public Organization) certified Satit Bilingual School of Rangsit University as a model for bilingual school. SBS possesses a clear policy in order to be a good alternative for a need in education especially nowadays that language becomes more crucial in everyday life of the people. Recently, SBS has organized “English Speaking Day” Project to enhance the motivation in learning and language skills development. This project will be held every Thursday for students in every level (from primary levels to secondary ones) to have a chance to communicate to one another in English throughout the day.
Asst. Prof. Dr. Wipada Kupatanonta, SBS school director, said that the project is a process which can assist students to become more familiar and confident in using the language. Since SBS is a bilingual school, the students must be equally competent both in Thai and English. Assessment and awards will be given to students.
This project will be held continuously in every semester to enhance language learning skills. It can also reflect a role model in teaching and learning of bilingual education which is significant for Thai youth in the future. Read more http://www.sbs.ac.th/en/
